OPEN CALL – SOCIAL MEDIA INTERNSHIP

Medrar is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and organized part-time Social Media Intern

Working Hours: Part-time flexible 

Internship Period: 1 month, renewable

 Responsibilities 

• Handle day to day social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
• Plan and deliver content across different platforms
• Work on identifying, reaching and expanding audiences based on marketing criteria and target groups demographics.
• Create engaging multimedia content 
• Facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts , private inquiries and developing discussions
• Recommend improvements to increase performance
• Develop and send monthly newsletters.
• Update Medrar’s website regularly
• Liaise with staff to assemble and follow up on posts visual and written content
• The intern will work in coordination with the program coordinator

 Skills and Qualifications 

• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere,
• Illustrator and InDesign is a plus
• Proficiency with Photography and Videography for Documentation purposes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player
• Interested in online marketing and social media
